Alan Clark Gutierrez Aeronautical Engineering MEng alan.clark-gutierrez@city.ac.uk I want to expand and reform the way the union works with its communities (societies & sports teams), and its regular members. More funding, more resources, more autonomy. We need to present a bold idea of student-lead communities, where the SU is a resource, not a hindrance. Some examples are giving direct access to account funds, increasing funding to £1,5k per society, per year, and better room bookings. This way, we will have the tools in our own hands to make a better campus.
Bansari Sanghvi MSci Computer Science with Cyber Security bansari.sanghvi@city.ac.uk I believe that supporting Women in STEM is crucial, and I am committed to creating more opportunities in this area. I hope to establish a Women in STEM mentorship program to foster growth and development. Additionally, I am passionate about enhancing employability opportunities for everyone involved.
