Welcome to ESN City London!! We are a local section of the Erasmus Student Network (ESN) that represents itself across more than 1000 Higher Education Institutions from 42 countries and has around 15,000 active members!! At ESN City London, we work for the creation of a more mobile and flexible environment by supporting International/Exchange students from different levels while providing an intercultural experience to those students who cannot access a period abroad ("internationalisation at home"). As expected, we are based at City, University of London, Northampton Square!
Let's face it! Being an International/Exchange student is hard, from adjusting to new cultures all the way up to trying to fit in by making friends. The struggle is real, and it is not easy! That's where we come in; think of us like a bridge that enables and accelerates your ability to settle quickly in your newfound life! ESN City London is all about this!!
We do this by hosting regular events and connecting people together within our motto of "Students Helping Students." Our events centralise towards building new connections with people and promoting diversity but also extend towards employability-related events, volunteering events and much more! More importantly, all of our events do not require membership (almost all of our events are free), and we are open to any and every university within the United Kingdom!
