About
Our Futsal Women's team compete in British Universities and Colleges Sport (BUCS) and cup matches with great achievements in both team leagues and cups. With training and matches once a week, Futsal is a great way for you to meet new people from the University and exercise through this unusual and very fun sport. We have 1 Women's Team for beginners or experienced players to join us. Futsal is like Football but more skilled and indoors, come and try it out.
However, in case you are not selected as a player for the team, you can still participate in club-wide activities throughout the academic year. Moreover, we also have off-court club events and team events, such as dinners and movie nights.

How to get involved
To represent City St George's in your chosen sport you must first sign up to and attend a taster session or open practice. You can do this in a number of ways:
Attend the Sport in The Square event on Monday 23rd September outside the Main entrance at Northampton Square, EC1V 0HB from 11:00-14:00
Come along to the Welcome Fair on Friday 27th September at The Business Design Centre Islington, N1 0QH from 10:00-17:00 and speak to the team captain.
Visit the Sports Fair on Saturday 28th September at CitySport, 122 Goswell Road, London, EC1V 7DP from 11:00-16:00.

Selected Team Members
Once selected for a team you must purchase a representational team membership for the 2024/25 season – This will allow you to train and compete for your chosen team.
Membership costs £50 for the academic year – You are not required to purchase more than one membership if representing more than one team.
