Stronger Connections, Better Bayes.

Priorities
I’m Ibrahim, a Business with Marketing student, Events, Marketing Ambassador, Programme Rep, Schools Liaison Officer, and Unibuddies/CityBuddies Mentor. I’ll enhance student life by improving academic engagement, career support, and community-building through more speaker events, employability initiatives, and stronger student connections.

Education and Academic Priorities
I will bring more external speakers and alumni to Bayes, ensuring students gain real-world insights and networking opportunities. Our school lacks frequent industry engagement, and I aim to create regular speaker sessions, workshops, and networking events to bridge this gap.
Careers and Employability
I will endeavour to improve career support by advocating for more employer networking sessions, mentorship programs, and practical skill workshops. Students should have access to hands-on experiences, internship opportunities, and guidance to help them transition into successful careers.
Student Communities & Events (Student Societies and Sports)
I want to strengthen student societies and sports by increasing funding, promoting collaborations, and ensuring inclusivity. A vibrant student community enhances our university experience, so I will push for better event support, cross-society partnerships, and accessible resources for all students.
