Ramadan Mubarak!

Ramadan Mubarak to everyone taking part this year!

For many Muslims around the world, Ramadan is a time for reflection, gratitude and for strengthening spirituality.

Many students at City will be observing daily fasting from sunrise until sunset. This means not eating or drinking anything, including water

Ramadan has aready begun and to welcome the start of this month-long season of fasting, we're working with the Islamic Society to bring you an iftar dinner.

Sign up and break your fast with us on Tuesday 12th March in the City Bar from 6pm.

Iftar is open to everyone who has a ticket and is a great way to learn mor about why this month is so important to your Muslim peers.

The Islamic Society will be hosting a very similar event every Thursday during Ramadan. Please remember to check the SU website here for weekly updates on the location. Everyone is welcomed to join and have some company over food!
