The SU had a blast last Tuesday, celebrating those who have made an academic impact at City this year.
Hosted by Deputy Presidents Fortune, Yavuz and Jackson, we gave credit to those students, student groups and members of staff who deserve it the most.
The evening started with a small reception, leading to the main awarding event. Winners received their awards and certificates with cheers and applaud while the officers spoke a bit about the influence they have had in their respective areas. To finish, we held a dinner and networking reception in the Oliver Thompson Lecture Theatre foyer, where a two-course meal was served.
