CitySport played host to students from University College London, King’s College London and Queen Mary’s University of London for the Filipino Society’s big Volleyball Social. 

The event brought together over 60 members of London’s Filipino student community, giving attendees a fun, safe and engaging space to make new connections through competition. Students were partnered with teammates from different Universities, forging new friendships in a welcoming atmosphere – the perfect activity to let off a bit of steam during exam season! 

Filipino society, who have already hosted 12 events this academic year, are already planning to organise similar socials soon. They said: “we’re incredibly grateful for the continued support from our growing members, partner societies, and the Students’ Union for making it all possible.
