If the event you have booked is cancelled, you are entitled to a refund of the face value of the ticket. This will normally be processed centrally when we are notified of an event cancellation. Please note that relocation of the event to a different venue will not qualify for a refund unless the capacity of the new venue is less than the number of ticket holders.
If an event has been stopped while in progress due to circumstances beyond our control which may be deemed as too unsafe to continue. In this instance, a decision will be made by management as to whether refunds will be offered to those with tickets. However, refunds will only be given in special circumstances and as approved by management.
If an event is rescheduled to another date, your tickets will be valid. If you can't make the rescheduled date, then you're entitled to a refund of the face value of the ticket.
Refunds may also be given if an event has sold out, and there are people waiting for extra tickets a refund.
All event ticket refunds should be requested through the events.citystudents.co.uk website.
There are no other instances in which a refund can be offered. If you can no longer attend an event or you've simply changed your mind about going, you will not be entitled to a refund.
